CLASE 9: FORMATO DE CELDAS Y RANGOS EN HOJA DE CALCULO

CREAR O DEFINIR RANGOS
Para crear un rango se debe seleccionar las celdas que lo conforman bien con el raton, bien con el teclado, como ahora se le dira como asignar un nombre:
 1. Selecciona un rango, en ficha formula y grupo nombres definidos
 2. Clic en definir nombre
 3. Digitar el nombre del rango

ASIGNAR HIPERVINCULO A LA HOJA DE CALCULO
Para crear un vinculo a una ubicacion especifica de un libro puede hacerlo seleccionando una hoja especifica del libro o definiendo un nombre a un rango de celdas.
1. En una nueva hoja de calculo seleccione la celda que sera usada como hipervinculo
2. Haga clic en la pestaña insertar y luego clic en la opcion hipervinculos en la siguiente ventana haga clic lugar de este documento
3. Seleccione un lugar del libro donde desea ser vinculada la celda

FORMATO CONDICIONAL
Sirve para dependiendo del valor de la celda excel aplique un formato espaecial o no sobre esa celda, suele utilizarse para resaltar errores, para valores que cumplan una determinada condicion y para resaltar las celdas segun el valor obtenido en ellas, etc.

TEMA
Es un conjunto de formatos que conforman el estilo general que presenta un libro como colores, fuente y efectos que se le aplicara a la hoja.
